What we sell, how each service is delivered, what we don't do, and how refunds work.

You never give us a password. Every order runs on a public link: a track, a video, a channel, a profile. If a promotion service asks for your login, that's the moment to leave. We don't ask.
Most promotion sites skip this part. Here it is, service by service.
A Google Ads campaign for your video, set up by us with the countries and interests you pick in the brief. Views come from the ad being shown on YouTube. You can check it yourself in YouTube Analytics under traffic sources. The estimates on the product page are ranges we've seen on past campaigns, not a promise.
Daily Push is paid, targeted advertising aimed at people who buy on Beatport, run on the days you order. We don't buy sales or downloads. We see clicks, you see the chart. Orders start within 24 hours, and a track usually reaches its genre chart in 2 to 3 days, sometimes 1 to 2 in easier genres. For tougher genres we go through the Hype chart first, which only works if your label is registered for Hype. Techno and tech house we don't take at all. If the track doesn't chart, you get a refund. That's rare, but it's in writing.
These are count-based services. You order a number, we deliver that number to the public link within the delivery window on the listing, spread out over time rather than dumped in one hour. What we commit to is the count, the window, and a refill for followers within three months if they drop. We don't promise anything about who those people are, so you won't find the word "real" on this page. Judge it by the listing and by what you see on your own stats.
We pitch your track to curators we work with. One placement lasts 10 days; a bigger order keeps you on longer. Curators take 1 to 2 days to add a track. When the campaign ends you get the playlist links.
A post on a music blog written from what you send us: artist bio, the track or video link, a high-res cover and a photo. You get the live link when it's up.
One-time manual work on your Resident Advisor page: we audit the profile, write the bio in three lengths, prepare photos and links, claim the page or merge duplicates, and find past events where you played but were never tagged. We contact up to 15 promoters to add you to those lineups and check back after two weeks.
Small orders start within 1 to 3 days and finish within days. Large campaigns run for weeks or months on purpose, up to 6 to 8 months for the biggest. A sudden spike looks wrong to every platform and to anyone reading your stats, so we don't do spikes.
Changing your artist name, your profile URL or deleting the content mid-campaign can break delivery. Tell us first and we'll pause.

To ask, email hello@artistpush.me with the order number. We reply within 24 hours. Money goes back to the card or account you paid with, and lands in 1 to 7 days depending on your bank and payment provider.
Drops happen. Followers unfollow, platforms purge accounts, a video gets restricted, a track gets pushed and still falls out of the chart. Write to us with the order number and a screenshot. Three things can happen: we fix it, we replace it with another service of the same value, or we refund.
An example from this year. In April an order couldn't be delivered the way it was placed. Instead of a refund, the client chose to put the same amount into radio promotion, and that's what ran.
