Resident Advisor Profile Optimization: Get Found by Bookers

Google your artist name right now. If a Resident Advisor page shows up before your own website, that page is making your first impression for you. There is a good chance you have never seen what it looks like from the inside.

Half-empty bio, wrong country, dead links, gigs you played that are not listed. That is the page a booker is looking at.

We fix it.

Where a Resident Advisor profile shows up on Google

Resident Advisor publishes these examples in its own guide for artists. The profiles rank high for the artist's name, often above the artist's own website and socials.

Positions as published by Resident Advisor in 5 key things to do as an artist on RA. None of these artists paid for placement. The question is whether the page ranking for your name is working for you.

One package. Everything on the page.

There are no tiers, because a half-finished profile is not worth much. You get the whole thing. If you do not have a page yet, we create one.

1

Audit and access

  • Full profile audit: missing fields, duplicate pages, dead links, wrong tags
  • Page creation through the official form, if no page exists yet

  • Residence and location set properly
  • Booking contact structured so enquiries reach you
  • Styles, labels and aliases filled in
  • Full links block: SoundCloud, Bandcamp, Discogs, Instagram, X, Facebook, website

Gig history

  • Lineup recovery: we find past events where you played but were never tagged, and contact up to 15 promoters

Handover

  • Paste-in guide with screenshots: which field takes which text
  • One follow-up round 14 days later

How it works

Four steps, fifteen minutes of your time.

1

Send us the basics

Your artist name, links, a photo and your profile link, if you have one.

2

We audit and write

We check the page for gaps and duplicates, then write the bio and prepare every field.

3

We submit, you paste

We send every request that can be sent from outside. You paste the ready texts with our guide.

4

Follow-up after 14 days

We check what changed and chase anything still open.

What we need from you, and what we never ask for

We need your artist name, your links, a photo and a short note on what the bio should say.

We do not need your password. We never ask for it, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Your account stays yours the whole time. We prepare everything, send every request that can be sent from the outside, and hand you the final pieces to drop in yourself.

FAQ

Do I need to give you access to my Resident Advisor account?

No. We never ask for your password. Everything that can be submitted from the outside, we submit: page creation, ownership claims, duplicate merges, promoter outreach. The rest comes to you as ready-to-paste text with a guide that shows where each piece goes. It takes about fifteen minutes.

I do not have a Resident Advisor page yet. Does this still apply?

Yes. If there is no page, we create one through the official form with a bio, image and links. Resident Advisor usually reviews new pages within 72 hours. Same package, same price.

I think I have two profiles. Can that be fixed?

Yes, and it is included. Duplicate pages are common, especially after a name change or when you played under an alias. We send a merge request so your gig history ends up in one place.

Can you get me tagged on events I played?

We can ask, and we do, with up to 15 promoters. We find past events where you performed but were not tagged and write to the promoter with your profile link. Promoters control their own lineups, so nobody can force a tag. A clear request still works far better than silence.

Will this get me bookings?

On its own, no. Anyone who promises that is selling you something. What it does is make sure that when a promoter or booker looks you up, they find a profile that shows you are active and easy to reach.

Will my profile rank first on Google?

We cannot promise a position, and nobody honestly can. Resident Advisor profiles tend to rank well for artist names, and a complete page with correct links has a much better chance than an empty one.

How long does it take?

The profile work is delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Promoter outreach runs alongside it, and we follow up 14 days later on anything still open.

Is this safe?

Yes. This is the same work an artist would do alone: writing a bio, filling in fields, sending official forms, emailing promoters. There is nothing to undo later.

Your name is already on Resident Advisor

The only thing left to decide is whether that page works for you or against you.
